What the result includes
Daily pay is monthly pay divided by 30. Proportional bonus = daily pay × annual bonus days × days worked / days in the year. Vacation uses the outstanding days you enter, including any proportional entitlement you have already determined. We do not prorate those days again.
Final settlement and dismissal compensation
The result is gross, before income tax, and excludes dismissal compensation and seniority premium. Minimum annual bonus: 15 days. Minimum vacation premium: 25%. Vacation starts at 12 days after the first year and increases with service. Check days already taken and payments already received.
